Meet Dr. Terri Daniels
Dr. Daniels is a retired middle school principal with more than 40 years of experience as an educator and administrator. She began her career in early childhood education, teaching preschool and kindergarten for 17 years before earning additional credentials to teach high school history and special education. She later transitioned into educational administration, serving as an assistant principal, principal, and superintendent/principal.
Throughout her career, Dr. Daniels has been committed to improving student outcomes, strengthening school communities, and building meaningful partnerships among educators, families, and community members. She holds four education credentials and earned her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration. Her leadership and advocacy have also earned her numerous honors and recognitions in education and political advocacy.
Since retiring, Dr. Daniels has continued her work as an independent consultant, Partnership Strategist, guest lecturer, speaker, coach, and mentor. She coaches emerging administrators, advocates for policies that support students and public education, and is writing a book inspired by her experiences as an educator and leader. Central to her work is a commitment to bridging the partnership gap between schools and families, helping both recognize the essential role they play in creating the conditions for students to flourish.
Drawing on four decades of leadership and relationship-building, Dr. Daniels has expanded her work beyond education to professional, corporate, nonprofit, and political organizations. As a Partnership Strategist, she helps individuals and teams strengthen relationships, move beyond silos, and build the trust and collaboration necessary to achieve shared goals. Her philosophy is simple: lasting impact begins with connection, grows through meaningful collaboration, and leads to stronger outcomes.
Outside of her professional work, Terri enjoys spending time with her family—especially her five grandchildren—as well as traveling, reading, learning, and playing pickleball. She brings the same energy, curiosity, and commitment to connection that have shaped her professional life to everything she does.
