Dr. Daniels is a retired educator and administrator with more than four decades of experience bringing staff, students, families, and community members together to build strong relationships and create positive outcomes.

Her leadership and advocacy have earned her numerous honors, including California State Administrator of the Year (2024), National Administrator of the Year–California (2025), and National Advocacy Champion of the Year (2025).

Today, Dr. Daniels brings the lessons learned throughout her career beyond education to corporate, nonprofit, and community organizations. As a Partnership Strategist, she believes meaningful progress happens when people move beyond working alongside one another and begin truly working with one another. Her message inspires organizations to build authentic partnerships that turn shared goals into meaningful, measurable impact.
